Brian Ball

Brian Ball is a successful and passionate Education Consultant with expertise in key areas including coaching and mentoring of aspiring leaders, School Improvement, development of models of leadership (Federations, Partnerships, Collaborations, Teaching School Alliances), governor support and development, support of strategic leadership and awareness raising on current educational change. Brian brings a wealth of experience from previous roles including Headteacher for twenty two years, a Local Authority Advisory Headteacher and an Ofsted Inspector.

Colin Jarvis

Colin Jarvis is currently the Chairman of MEMS Power Generation Ltd, Avenue Tennis Ltd and Managing Director of Jarvis Commercial Residential Holdings.  With more than twenty five years of experience as a Director in a number of Medway organisations he brings a high level and wide range of business, financial and commercial skills.  Colin demonstrates an inspirational approach to projects and remains passionate within his role of Associate Director of Gillingham Football Club (Football League One)

David Valentine

David Valentine was Chair of Governors of Barnsole Primary School and has been elected as Chair of Barnsole Primary Trust. He has previous experience of school governance and is passionate about improving outcomes for children. David has 27 years experience of banking and financial markets. Working in Dublin and London he rose to senior management in fixed income and has acquired many skills including risk management, statistical and data analysis, budgeting and performance management.

Paul Garvey

Paul Garvey is an experienced school improvement consultant who also has substantial experience in inspecting both primary and secondary schools up to the end of 2016.  He has also supported many schools, in preparing for inspection, with very positive results for the schools overall.  Paul gained NPQH in 2007 and after working as a Foundation Subjects Consultant, for Torbay LA, Paul left to form his company, QA South-West Ltd., in 2010.  Paul and the consultants he employs have had remarkable success in improving the quality of teaching in schools, through a method of joint observation called “Talk for Teaching”.  Paul, like all people who work for QA South-West Ltd, is steeped in teaching and learning and has probably visited well over 10,000+ lessons from Pre-school to Y13!

Paul Croucher

  

Paul Croucher is a Senior Banking and Finance Professional with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and turnaround management. Paul has three decades of general management experience working in commercial banking with Lloyds and RBS in the UK and Fortis BNP in Holland. Paul has also led a corporate finance firm and latterly held an Executive Director role within the international Trade. Paul holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Exeter University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Financial Services. Paul is an experienced Non Executive Director.
